BOOKINGS
Here at Alison Wilkinson Permanent Makeup we want to provide the best service to all clients at all times.
For this to happen, we have a clear booking fee and cancellation policy for all new and existing clients.
The easiest way to make a reservation is to book online using our online booking app or you can find a link on the menu above. To secure the appointment, at the time of booking a 50% payment is required for all treatments. Every appointment requires at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or amendment.
Where an appointment is not cancelled or rearranged before this time frame or in case of cancellations, rearrangements and no shows on the day of your booked appointment, the full 50% payment will be taken to cover the missed time allocated to your booking and not refunded. If you prefer to speak with us to arrange an appointment, please contact us via telephone, message or email. Once a suitable appointment has been arranged, payment will be requested and we kindly request payment to be made within 48 hours. Unfortunately, if your booking fee is not paid within 48 hours, your appointment time will be released and available for other clients to book. I will acknowledge receipt of your payment and at that time, your appointment is then confirmed. All payments can be paid by cash, card or bank transfer.
Please let us know immediately if any of your medical circumstances change as we will need to assess whether your treatment can still be performed. In the case of us not being informed and treatment has to be declined, no refunds will be offered and a new booking will be required.
The majority of treatments require a patch test no later than 48 hours prior to treatment. Please ensure that you have made arrangements to be patch tested before treatment by contacting us when booking. Booking fees will not be refunded if the patch test is not undertaken and treatment will not be offered without an up to date patch test.
CANCELLATIONS
Every appointment requires at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or amendment.
Where an appointment is not cancelled or rearranged before this time frame or in case of cancellations, rearrangements and no shows on the day of your booked appointment, the full payment will be taken to cover the missed time allocated to your booking and not refunded.
If your appointment is cancelled or rearranged before 48 hours of your appointment, your treatment can transferred onto another date and no further payment is required. The appointment can only be transferred once and the transferred appointment must be taken within six months.
FOR PMU TOP UPS - Your second treatment (or top up treatment) is required to be completed between 6-12 weeks after initial treatment. You will only be offered ONE complimentary top up appointment within this time frame. It is your responsibility to ensure that you attend for this appointment within this very generous timeframe and do not rearrange this appointment otherwise an additional charge of £55 will be made in addition for subsequent appointments.
