BOOKINGS

Here at Alison Wilkinson PMU & SKIN we want to provide the best service to all clients at all times.

For this to happen, we have introduced a booking fee and cancellation policy for all new and existing clients.

The easiest way to make a reservation is to book online using our online booking app or you can find a link on the menu above. To secure the appointment, a non refundable booking fee will be required to be made instantly online.  If you prefer to speak with us to arrange an appointment, please contact us via telephone, message or email.  Once a suitable appointment has been arranged, a booking fee will be requested and payment should be made within 48 hours of making the appointment (please see the table below for booking fees). This is taken off the cost of treatment on the day. Unfortunately, if your booking fee is not paid within 48 hours, your appointment time will be available for other clients to book. I will acknowledge receipt of your booking fee and at that time, your appointment is then confirmed. Booking fees can be paid by cash, card or bank transfer.

The majority of treatments require a patch test no later than 48 hours prior to treatment. Please ensure that you have made arrangements to be patch tested before treatment by contacting us when booking. Booking fees will not be refunded if the patch test is not undertaken and treatment will not be offered without an up to date patch test.

Treatment cost Up to £50 - £10/£15 booking fee
£50+ - £20/£25 booking fee
PMU - from £50 booking fee


CANCELLATIONS

All appointments require 48 hours notice for cancellation or amendment otherwise the booking fee will be taken in order to cover the time allocated to your cancelled or rearranged appointment. In addition to this, where an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of treatment or in cases of no shows, a 50% charge of the total amount of treatment will be requested automatically and no further appointments will be booked until payment in full is made.

If your appointment is cancelled or rearranged before 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee can transferred onto another appointment and no further booking fee is required. The appointment can only be transferred once and the transferred appointment must be taken within six months of paying the booking fee.

FOR PMU TOP UPS - Your second treatment (top up treatment) is required to be completed between 6-12 weeks after initial treatment.  You will only be offered ONE complimentary top up appointment within this time frame.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you attend for this appointment within this very generous timeframe and do not rearrange this appointment otherwise an additional charge of £75 will be made in addition for subsequent appointments.

We hope that this new policy will enable us to provide a better service to all clients and reduce any issues with missed or cancelled appointments.
