Here at Alison Wilkinson Semi Permanent Cosmetics we want to provide the best service to all clients at all times.
For this to happen, we have introduced a booking fee and cancellation policy for all new and existing clients.
The easiest way to make a reservation is to book online using our online booking app or you can find a link on the menu above. To secure the appointment, a non refundable booking fee will be required to be made instantly online. If you prefer to speak with us to arrange an appointment, please contact us via telephone, message or email. Once a suitable appointment has been arranged, a booking fee will be requested and payment should be made within 48 hours of making the appointment (please see the table below for booking fees). This is taken off the cost of treatment on the day. Unfortunately, if your booking fee is not paid within 48 hours, your appointment time will be available for other clients to book. I will acknowledge receipt of your booking fee and at that time, your appointment is then confirmed. Booking fees can be paid by cash, card or bank transfer.
Treatment cost £30 to £40 - £10 booking fee
£50+ - £20 booking fee
SPMU - £50 booking fee
All appointments require 48 hours notice for cancellation or amendment otherwise the booking fee will be taken in order to cover the time allocated to your cancelled or rearranged appointment. In addition to this, where an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of treatment or in cases of no shows, a 50% charge of the total amount of treatment will be made automatically for all missed appointments.
If your appointment is cancelled or rearranged before 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee can transferred onto another appointment and no further booking fee is required.
In cases of illness, 24 hours notice maybe more likely and it will be at our discretion as to whether the booking fee is taken to cover your cancelled appointment or alternative arrangements maybe made to cover your appointment.
We hope that this new policy will enable us to provide a better service to all clients and reduce any issues with missed or cancelled appointments.
